This afternoon we had a session with Fred which really cleared up a few issues with the brief that we have chosen. We discussed context, function and relevance and it helped enormously when it came to fully understanding what we needed to do.
We decided to re-write the brief.
This was my version of the revised brief.
On the back was an action plan for the next few days.
Gemma is in charge of doing primary research - surveys and such, asking about the brand and its status with the target audience.
Naomi and I are doing the secondary research - finding out more about the brand, its current audience, its status as a brand. And also about general alcohol advertising laws and other similar campaigns.
