flac + M4A need to be converted for use in After Effects - can be done in iTunes.
Sound in After Effects.
Keyframes and edit like animation.
Blue number is the audio level (loudness)
Keyframe to fade out/make louder.
Must Ram Preview to hear the sound back.
When you go to render... remember to change the settings.
