Title sequence

After choosing my song for the final sequence, everything kind of fell into place and I knew what I needed to do... after a week or so of being frustrated and lost on this, it was a break-through. A bit too late however. Again, I am terrible at time management so I've found myself having to rush something that I wanted to spend more time on.

The type is pre-decided from my initial research into type and my look into an appropriate typeface for the target audience.

I also decided to use my idea to incorporate different dog breeds and kind of make it look like a competition programme with the "will yours make the cut" slogan.
For this I layered up 37 different dog breeds in the appropriate typeface in 2 different illustrator files so that I could play around with the timings better.

It all got rather confusing.

The hard part was making the names come up on screen at the right time with the words of the song...

It is then a matter of incorporating the animated characters from my idents to go in time with the song and to back up the names of the dogs.
