Heart Hands

For the song 'Now, Voyager' I have decided to focus on hands. Palms more specifically and linking life-lines as this is an integral part of the song. 

It is about a couple who have different life expectancies... and the feelings that go alongside that you know eventually one day one of them will be a widow/widower. 

I have decided to start working on heart shapes with young hands. A different pair of hands making up each half of the heart... and facing inwards so that I can see the palms and work with that. 

This is the shot I decided to draw from. 

Making it black and white will help me to draw from it.
