Final editorial pieces + evaluation

Following the crit, I have re-designed my editorial pictures and taken into consideration the feedback I was given.

These are the final pieces. 

This being the first brief that we were given on the module really gave me an idea of what this module was about. How it was structured and the kind of work that we would be producing.
I think the strongest illustration is the one for the 'This column will change your life'. I am very happy with the image and the way that I have used photoshop to get the desired effect. It definitely taught me things about photoshop that I didn't know.
I think that each of the illustrations I have produced fit the articles they accompany, which, essentially, fulfills the brief in itself. I am also happy that I took the time to re-do my designs after the crit, working with the feedback to produce more appropriate final images.
I am also happy with the range of media that I have used to complete this brief. There are aspects of vector work, hand-drawn images, hand-rendered type and photograph manipulation.
