2D - 3D - 2D rationale

BRIEF

Recreate a drawing, making it 3 dimensional and then photographing it to make it into a different 2D format.

WHO NEEDS TO KNOW?

The other people in the session.

WHAT DO THEY NEED TO KNOW?

The 2D image turned into a 3D image turned into a 2D image. They need to be able to see how I have interpreted the original drawing.

WHY DO THEY NEED TO KNOW?

They need to know how I have converted a drawing, into a 3D piece and back to 2D through photography. They need to be able to see all the steps and why I have interpreted it the way I have.

WHAT WILL THEY RESPOND TO?

They will respond to a piece, showing the drawing, and the photograph of the 3D interpretation of said drawing. They will respond to the humour behind the impossible-ness of the image.

WHAT RESEARCH IS REQUIRED?

Ways of making the image 3D.
Crafting.
Photography techniques.
