This week, we were put in groups of 5 and told to bring in 10 boxes between us.
We were then told to create a letterform based on an existing typeface stretching over several different plains made up of the boxes. This letterform had to be made out of either white or black card. We chose to create a lower case 'e' in helvetica... keep it simple!
It didn't quite go to plan...
It was quite hard in the time we were given to work out exactly where the different parts of the letter went on which boxes.
I think with more time our result could have been a lot better.
